Centre of the Ďáblice housing estate

The concept is based on the principle of the main axis of the square itself, which branches out to other functions of the spaces. A functional square should have open space, ample seating, contain trees, water and amenities with a lively ground floor. A map of the entire area, a clock with space for editorial information, and a water feature in the form of a water fountain are located at the entrance to the subway lobby. In the context of the current situation, an elevated platform made up of slabs levitating above each other is proposed. The first perpendicular axis on the square develops the community centre, creating a space for concerts or a summer cinema. The second perpendicular axis to the main axis serves as a relaxation space with a pergola and folding market stalls. In the extension of this axis, a skate plaza with a
a children's and basketball court. The third perpendicular axis is the street leading to the library and is equipped with a pergola made of steel columns
and cables covered with greenery, and the fourth perpendicular, the existing commercial arcade, will be revitalised. The last perpendicular is the entrance to the post office building. Here the character of the main axis is changed and the square is placed
tree planting. At the end of the square is a fitness park and a passageway further into the
the estate towards the Devil's Grove.
