MODA is an architectural studio founded by a creative duo of architects who understand their profession as a complex creation of the environment. We focus on urban design, architectural studies of new buildings and structural modifications of existing buildings, basically without typological limitations. We see each assignment as a search for harmony between form, function and construction, which is strongly influenced by context. The design process is based on achieving an ideal result that is always as unique as its clients and future users.
Collaboration begins with a meeting to determine goals. After mutual agreement on the scope of work, deadline and quotation, our motivation is to achieve mutual satisfaction with the final design. An essential part of the design is a virtual model, which is used for spatial verification and for the processing of photorealistic visualizations. The following stages of the project documentation are created within our studio or in cooperation with proven engineering offices. The studio is therefore able to ensure a smooth construction process - from the building design to the detailed design, including engineering and author supervision - while preserving the original ideas and conceptual qualities.
